That's actually where the tripod mount is going to attach. Once you get your tripod mount, you're going to take it off the tripod head and it's going to look something like this. And what you're going to do is you're going to line it up in there. So this one has grooves right there. So I'm going to want to look for the indentation with the grooves. So for mine, it's actually right here. And you're just going to attach it to it and actually you're going to have this piece right here, and that's what you're actually going to use to screw it in. Just go ahead and screw that right in there. There. Make sure it's in there good. There. I've attached it to the camera. Alright, so to attach your camera to the tripod, you're going to pull back this lever right here so it goes back like that. Slide in the mount and that handle right there, just release it right there and you've attached it to the tripod. And there you have it. You now know how to attach your camera to a tripod.
